Since 2010, Clayton has been associated with Registered Training Organisations in capacities such as an Educator at TAFE, Sales and Management roles . Prior to this Clayton was a part owner of the family business and has held various sales & management roles in varying industries across Australia. Clayton is also proud to board member for Hope for Our Children - (Chair Person).

Role in the Pig Pen

Clayton launched Little Pig Consulting in 1 April 2017 and has helped countless small to medium businesses across Australia. He is passionate about helping others succeed in their business by any means possible. Clayton is proud to be a volunteer "Mentor 4 Growth" mentor as well as a "Small Business Mentor" for TAFE Qld.

Head of Creativity (Mummy Pig)

Experience

Emma took the leap from classroom to keyboard in 2018. Prior to becoming the Creative Director at Little Pig Consulting, she taught primary school at various locations across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.

Before becoming a teacher, Emma worked as a graphic designer for the University of Queensland. Whilst teaching, Emma kept her hand in graphic design as a freelance designer.

Role in the Pig Pen

As the head of creativity at Little Pig Consulting, it is Emma's role to oversee the marketing team. Whilst she is involved in all aspects such as logo, brand and web design, marketing and to general graphic design, her talents lie in social media creation and management.

Web Design / SEO

Experience

Amanda is mostly self taught in website design and development, but has a wide array of knowledge across many platforms. In her spare time she enjoys learning more skills in areas that include SEO, HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Role in the Pig Pen

Amanda's role includes all aspects of SEO, design, website maintenance and updates. She is diligent in her attention to detail while checking website content before bringing websites to life.

Content Creator / Digital Marketer

Experience

Shefali attained a Bachelor's degree of Business Administration and Law in India. Despite her achievements in this field she always had a strong creative instinct and a passion for content creation and marketing. This lead to her decision to pursue Public Relations for her Master's degree when she moved to Australia. 

Role in the Pig Pen

Shefali is always growing her abilities at Little Pig Consulting. Her role mainly involves social media creation and marketing management but she is also learning to create and update websites.

SEO / Website Maintenance

Experience

Armed with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Deakin University, Jodie has zigzagged through nearly every Australian state and territory, injecting her vibrant energy everywhere from Condobolin to Kuranda. Currently at the helm of JM Creative Studio, she weaves her web of creativity across system design, websites, and SEO enchantments. A certified SmartSuite Partner Consultant, Jodie brings a unique blend of professional acumen and fun to every project she touches.

Role in the Pig Pen

 Jodie's role includes all aspects of SEO, mainly focussing on the maintenance and updates of existing websites on various platforms.

Videographer / Graphic Designer

Experience

Damon has been creating videos for 8+ years. This first started as a hobby while he was in school before he started working on videos professionally.

Damon's Graphic Design specialties are image manipulation, packaging design and logo creation. Before joining Little Pig Consulting he worked for other businesses around Toowoomba.

Role in the Pig Pen

Damon is our Videographer and Graphic Designer. He is always learning new skills.

Content Creator / Business Development Officer

Experience

Since coming to Toowoomba, Ireland has taken the local scene by storm! She’s juggled roles from managing two PetStock locations to driving The Cave Gym’s marketing and website revamps, and most recently, steering Toowoomba BBQ’s & Fireplaces as their creative Store Manager and Website Designer. With a sharp eye for website design, social media and a knack for leading teams, Ireland infuses energy and expertise into every facet of our operations.

Role in the Pig Pen

Ireland's role includes developing multi-channel marketing strategies, content creation and business development.
